The launch of the new Cemmansys app has naturally prompted some questions. While any transition takes adjustment, we want to share why this change was necessary, how it benefits you, and how to get started with confidence and ease.
“Why Did You Switch Systems?”
The previous app had reached a point where we could no longer make updates, fix bugs, or add new features. It was built on outdated software that could not be supported long-term. As much as we appreciated its years of service, continuing to use it would have meant accepting limitations that directly affected your experience.
Cemmansys allows us to grow. With this new system, we can provide faster performance, improved accuracy, and better support for our families, now and in the future.
“Do I Need to Create a New Account?
Because this is a completely new system, all users will need to create a new account in order to access Cemmansys.
If you have already created an account in the new system, you are all set!
“How Do I Sign In?”
You can sign in anytime by visiting the Cemmansys app and entering your email and password.
If you forget your password, simply click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset it via email.
“How Do I Save Loved Ones to My Profile?”
On the home screen, tap “Saved Loved Ones” or select “Search.” Then select “Catholic Cemeteries Association” as the organization and choose the cemetery where your loved one is buried.
Next, search for their name. Once you find their profile, tap on it and hit the “Save” button.
Their name will then appear on your home screen for easy access any time you return to the app.
“How Do I Save Loved Ones to My Profile?”
On the home screen, tap “Saved Cemeteries” or select “Search.” Switch the search feature from “Loved One” to “Cemeteries.”
Then select “Catholic Cemeteries Association” as the organization and choose the cemetery you want to save.
Once you find the cemetery, tap on it and hit the “Save” button.
This location will then appear on your home screen for easy access any time you return to the app.
“Why Didn’t My Loved Ones Transfer Over?”
Because the previous app and Cemmansys are completely separate platforms, it was not possible to carry over saved data or user accounts. If you had an account in the old system, we still have access to your saved loved ones and can look them up for you. “Can I Purchase Decorations Through Cemmansys?”
At this time, purchasing decorations is not available through Cemmansys. While we hope to expand features in the future, all decoration orders must be placed directly through our cemetery offices.
“What Should I Do If I Experience Issues?”
